What’s different about styling a regional event

The process is the same warm, personal experience you’d get styling a Sydney event, but there are a few extra things I plan around behind the scenes.

• Travel and delivery windows need to be mapped out around the venue’s access times, especially for properties with limited setup hours
• Regional venues sometimes have unique layouts or heritage restrictions, so I factor that into the styling concept early
• Travel fees apply depending on the location, and I’ll always give you a clear, personalised quote so there are no surprises
• I plan logistics with extra buffer time, since regional bookings often mean less flexibility if something needs adjusting last minute
